Spacelabs Interactive Agenda
For Spacelabs Healthcare's annual sales meeting, the organizers wanted to engage the audience more than they ever had in the past. They were ready to embrace some stage and mutimedia tricks so we went to work on integrating various games and activities that not only educated and entertained the audience, but also served as team building exercises for the group.
We shot live video of the technical support teams for a Hollywood Squares set-tower, had competitions that were tracked by real-time leader-boards throughout the meeting, brought in a 'Sales Referee' improv team to liven up the audience, and more. The result was one of the most inspirational sales events we have ever been involved with.
