Deltek Insight -Washington, DC

Goal: The Deltek Insight marketing team wanted to continue the momentum set by the previous three events while expanding the brand to focus even more closely on the attendee / customers.

The Insight brand had already achieved an identity of excellence –now it needed reinforcement in all areas from room keys to keynotes. For 2010, the branding needed to focus more on experience and less on navigation. Another key element was that the majority of the attendees were government contractors and with the event being held in Washington, DC, there was a huge opportunity to leverage Deltek’s event destination brand focus of the past with the new customer-centric goals.


Delivery:
We think this event exemplified our best integration of hotel décor, destination theme, customer focus, and logistical requirements in an event brand to date. Site surveys and a continuing strong partnership with Deltek allowed us to implement the 2010 Insight brand in a way that generated sponsor revenues and created a huge impact on the attendees at this large convention resort.
