Deltek 'Meet the Experts'
For Deltek, we built a customized registration site for Insight 2009 attendees to arrange one-on-one meetings with product experts in Orlando in various Meet the Experts pavilions around the convention center.
The registration site allowed both Deltek and attendees to organize the difficult process of arranging thousands of meetings that each party wanted in a flexible and simple way.
Onsite real-time updated digital signage allowed all parties to stay on-schedule and to meet at the right place at the right time.
The result: Better meetings that concentrated on issues not schedules.
